Orders can be placed in several ways. Items can be selected from the various category pages on this site and accumulated in the shopping cart. You then have several options depending on your customer classification.
Fire Departments, Police Departments, Municipalities, and other government related operations. Orders can be placed by phone, fax, email or postal mail. Thirty day terms are extended from the time of shipment provided proof of operation such as a letterhead has been offered. Actual shipping charges will be applied to your invoice rather than charges as shown on the “Shipping and Handling Chart”.
If you prefer to pay by credit card at time of ordering you can do so. (Individuals making purchase must pay at the time of ordering.) YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF PAYPAL TO USE YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD TO CHECKOUT. After viewing the “shopping cart” page continue on to the checkout page. You will have a choice of using your credit card or IF you are a Paypal member you may use your paypal account.
Orders can also be printed out and phoned in (610-584-4996), faxed in (610-584-6304), or mailed in (1415 Credley Lane, Collegeville, PA. 19426). Customers not using a credit card or the Paypal system must pay by check or money order. Customers paying with personal checks will have their order held for up to ten days or until the check clears the banks. Customers paying by check must add the shipping and handling charge to their check or money order. Please reference the “Shipping and Handling” chart for dollar amounts. Pennsylvania customers must also add 6% sales tax to any order. No COD shipments made.
International customers – Contact FDFriendly.com to arrange a wire transfer between banks. Shipping charges will be based on actual freight and not on the Shipping and Handling schedule on this website.
FDFriendly.com reserves the right to reject any and all orders regardless of the manner in which the order was received. Every effort is made to show correct prices on the site. In the event an order is received with an incorrect price the customer will be notified of the correction prior to shipment.
